Accessibility

Is there disabled parking and viewing available?

There is a designated disabled parking area available in the paddock, with no viewing. Please head towards the Paddock Entrance, where you will be directed to the dedicated spaces. 

For our larger events, there is a dedicated disabled viewing area overlooking Coppice Corner. This can be accessed through the Coppice Entrance. 

The parking and viewing areas are provided free of charge for all blue badge holders, plus one carer (with valid ticket for entry). Any additional carers, friends or family must be in possession of a valid ticket.

Am I entitled to a discount for being a carer?

Carers of our disabled guests may be entitled to free admission at MSV's race events. This must be arranged in advance. For details on how to apply click here.

Do you have baby changing facilities?

Yes, baby changing facilities can be found in the locations below. Please note some will not be available on smaller race event days:

  • Infield Toilet Block
  • Old Hairpin Toilet Block
  • Hollywood Toilet Block
  • Garage 39 Restaurant and Bar
  • Competitors Toilet Block, located next to Garage 39
  • Launch Pad

Do you have a minibus on site?

At selected major promoted events there will be a minibus on site with wheelchair access, which is able to transport you around the venue. Please speak to a member of staff on the day to arrange this.

Parking

How much does it cost to park?

Parking is free of charge for all public car parks, except for Starkey’s parking at larger events, which is chargeable per car. Please see the relevant event ticket pages for more information.

What surface is available for car parking?

Parking will be field-based for our headline events, with most Grade D events featuring parking inside the venue, on a mixture of surfaces.

A dedicated motorcycle parking area is available at all of our events, with helmet and leather parks offered at BSB and WSBK meetings.

General

Is there a cash machine on site?

There is no longer a cash machine on site, but the Garage 39 restaurant and on site traders will accept card and contactless payments. 

Where can I claim my lost property or hand in any found items?

Please head to the Donington Park security office at the paddock entrance. If you are no longer at the venue, please call 01332 810048.

Can I bring my ebike or scooter to the venue?

No, the public are not allowed two wheeled vehicles in spectator areas. Bicycles are also prohibited in the public areas.

Can I bring my own food and drink?

Yes – you are welcome to do so, including alcohol. Please note our superb Garage 39 restaurant and bar in the paddock is open throughout race weekends, serving a wide variety of dishes and offering very good value.

Is there access to the Paddock or Pits during the event?

The pit lane area will be limited to relevant passholders, however the paddock will be fully open to the public (unless otherwise stated).

Are animals permitted anywhere onsite?

No animals are permitted anywhere on site, with the exception of guide/assistance dogs. Please contact our call centre on 0344 225 4422 or email [email protected] to advise if you will be bringing a guide/assistance dog.

What is the policy on drones or UAVS?

Drones / UAVs are not permitted for use at the venue on any event day.

Is there WiFi at the venue?

Visitors to events at all five MSV circuits can benefit from the use of free WiFi.

The service can be accessed from the pit garages and spectator grandstands at Brands Hatch, Donington Park, Snetterton and Oulton Park, plus venue restaurants (including Cadwell Park). This scale of coverage is unprecedented amongst UK motorsport venues.

To access the facility, provided free-of-charge users simply select MSV-HOTSPOT-WIFI from their smartphone, tablet or PC and connect.

This free service is also available throughout the week, incorporating trackdays and testing in addition to weekend race events.

Can I bring a gazebo to the circuit at a race event?

Spectators may bring small, open fronted tents and other small outdoor structures (without sides) to general spectator areas, but we reserve the right to take down larger gazebos and other similar temporary structures if we consider them dangerous, or they obscure the views of others. Please be considerate to those around you and speak to a member of staff if you have any concerns.

What happens if I fall ill, or have an accident during an event?

Our event and crowd safety team are here to help on the day, so seek help from a member of staff at the earliest opportunity, and they can call for further assistance if needed. There is also a medical centre on site, located by Goddards hospitality.

Tickets

What happens if I haven’t received my e-tickets?

All e-tickets are sent instantly to the email address associated with your MSV account. Pleas ensure your contact details are kept up to date, and keep an eye on junk/spam folders.

If you cannot find an email, tickets can also be accessed and downloaded by logging in to your MSV account here.

Can I purchase tickets on the day of the event?

Yes, you can buy tickets on the gate at all our race meetings, by cash or card payment. Please note some events are advance ticket only - these will clearly be marked on our website.

Will tickets be available on the gate, or are you likely to sell out?

There will be an unlimited number of tickets available on the gate for the vast majority of race meetings, with no prospect of selling out.

Is it possible to upgrade my ticket?

We do offer hospitality and package upgrades depending on the race meeting. Please see further information on the specific event page or click here.

Do you offer Season Passes?

If you’re a frequent visitor to the circuit, full or half season passes are available online at www.msvshop.co.uk. These offer maximum value across the season.

What happens if my posted tickets don't arrive in time?

All tickets are sent by Royal Mail Recorded or Special Delivery, meaning a signature is required. In the rare instance that your tickets have not arrived in time you will need to purchase them at the gate price and obtain a refund after the event by returning the gate ticket stubs and your original tickets to the ticket office at the address below:

Do I have to print my ticket?

For the fastest access into the venue, we recommend that you print your tickets.

You can also show tickets on your mobile phone, however to avoid delays we recommend downloading and saving these to your device. Please ensure you keep your phone fully charged and turn the brightness up when at the gates.

Someone else’s name is on my ticket – is that a problem?

The name on all event tickets will be that of the purchaser, but anyone in your party will be able to use the tickets for entry. We do not check photo ID.

Please note: this approach does not apply to Season or Resident Passes, which can only be used by the named recipient, with a matching photo.

I can no longer attend. Can tickets be returned?

MSV is unable to offer refunds or exchanges for tickets, unless the event is cancelled in its entirety due to circumstances under its direct control. Tickets can be passed on to someone else, however.

Please note we enforce a strict “no touts policy” - any tickets purchased from ticket touts will not be valid for entry.

I have a grade D ticket, Where can I find a list of events and can I upgrade my ticket?

You can find a list of eligible Grade D events by clicking here. Please note these cannot be exchanged or used as part payment towards any other higher grade meeting.

Do you offer a Senior Citizen discount?

We offer senior citizen discounts at selected events. Please note these reductions are only available at the gates, where age can be easily verified. When such discounts are offered, there will be no prospect of the event selling out.

Do you offer discounts for children?

Children under 13 will be admitted to the venue free of charge, with discounted admission available to young people aged 13-15 years’ old.
