The 2026 Kwik Fit British Touring Car Championship blasts to life at Donington Park with two days of fast and furious action this weekend (18/19 April). Tickets are available on the gate.

This fixture at the East Midlands circuit represents the start of a new era for the BTCC, with lots of changes. This includes the return of Mercedes to the grid with Plato Racing, while Power Maxed Racing has brought Audi back into the fold. NAPA Racing UK, meanwhile, has opted to run a saloon version of the Ford Focus.

The format has been revised too, with this weekend featuring the debut of a new ‘Race to Pole’ contest, which won’t just set the grid, but offer the contenders an extra opportunity to score points ahead of Sunday’s triple-header. The key stars are back too, including multiple champions Tom Ingram, Ash Sutton and Gordon Shedden, alongside a raft of other potential race winners.
